3.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register only one Account. 3.5 KYC Verification. gamezon operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit identity documents (e.g., a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a PhilSys card, passport, or driver's licence) and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party.
4.2 You agree to notify gamezon immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. gamezon will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
4.3 gamezon recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP for enhanced Account security. This feature is available in your Account security settings.
4.4 You must not allow any other person to use your Account. All bets and transactions made through your Account are your sole responsibility, regardless of whether they were made by you or by a third party who accessed your Account.
5.1 Currency. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). gamezon does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies, cryptocurrency, or any other digital asset.
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. gamezon currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer to and from BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. This list is subject to change without prior notice.
5.3 Prohibited Payment Methods. Deposits funded by credit cards and all forms of cryptocurrency are strictly prohibited on the Platform, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
5.4 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified in the Platform's cashier section and may vary by payment method.
5.5 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Once verified, GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. gamezon is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
5.6 Source of Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your Account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. gamezon reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds at any time.

6.2 Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to Wagering Requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable Wagering Requirement will be stated in the promotion terms.
6.3 gamezon reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
6.4 Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise. Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses — will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

10.2 gamezon's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 gamezon does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude gamezon's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11.2 If you self-exclude, gamezon will use reasonable efforts to prevent you from opening a new Account during the exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new Account is a breach of these Terms.

13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact gamezon customer support to seek an informal resolution. gamezon will endeavour to resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving written notice.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Where changes are material, gamezon will notify registered players via email or in-Platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
