• GCash mobile number and account reference;
• Maya / PayMaya account reference;
• Bank account details (bank name, account number, account name) for bank transfer transactions;

Any third party with whom gamezon shares personal data is required to process that data only for the specified purpose and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

8. Cookies & Similar Technologies

8.1 What Are Cookies. Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit the Platform. gamezon uses cookies and similar technologies (web beacons, pixel tags, local storage) to operate the Platform, remember your preferences, and analyse usage patterns.

8.2 Types of Cookies We Use.

• Strictly necessary cookies: Required for the Platform to function (e.g., session authentication, security tokens). These cannot be disabled.
• Functional cookies: Remember your preferences such as language and display settings.

9. Data Retention

gamezon retains your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, accounting, or reporting requirements.

• Account data: Retained for the duration of your Account and for a minimum of five (5) years after Account closure, in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering record-keeping requirements.
• KYC documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the last transaction, as required by the AMLC.
• Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction.
• Customer support records: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the interaction.
• Marketing consent records: Retained until you withdraw consent, plus one (1) year thereafter for compliance purposes.

When personal data is no longer required, gamezon will securely delete or anonymise it in accordance with its data disposal procedures.

10. Data Security

gamezon implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, or disclosure. These measures include:

In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, gamezon will notify the NPC within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach and will notify affected data subjects without undue delay, in accordance with NPC Circular No. 16-03.

• Right to Data Portability: You may request that gamezon provide your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format;
• Right to Lodge a Complaint: You have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) if you believe your data protection rights have been violated.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact our Data Privacy Officer using the details in Section 15. gamezon will respond to all verified requests within fifteen (15) business days.

12. Children's Privacy

The gamezon Platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above. gamezon does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, we will immediately suspend the associated Account, delete the data, and return any deposits at our sole discretion.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor has registered on the Platform, please contact us immediately at the details provided in Section 15.

13. Cross-Border Data Transfers

gamezon may transfer your personal data to service providers located outside the Philippines (for example, cloud infrastructure providers or KYC verification services). Where such transfers occur, gamezon ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place, including contractual clauses that require the recipient to protect your data to a standard equivalent to the Philippine DPA.

gamezon reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. When we make material changes, we will post the revised Policy on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in-Platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
